Hypertension, which is high blood pressure, often caused by stress, is a medically recognised problem whereby a person’s blood pressure has become dangerously elevated. Here’s my tip to start your diet healthy - improve the quality of your food. Do not be too ambitious with your goals and each day will become easier. The better quality food that you have, the more energy you will have and the more energy you have, the more you will be able to tackle doing some form of exercise and then your body will seem like a finely tuned machine and working to help you. It’s not sensible to put low-grade fuel in your car if it isn’t built for that, so why would you not consider your body as important as your car?
